My 'physical journey' over the past year...

{My 'physical journey' over the past year --- whether you're Cleansing with us or not, you may find something in here that speaks to you. ☺️ } 

Being so immersed in the depth of the Divine Feminine and her FLOW --- I'm fairly averse to rules.

Any attempt at a particular way of eating (or doing anything, really) has to be done MY way.

In a way that feels aligned and GOOD to me, or it won't work.

Anything that feels too constrictive to my physical life also feels constrictive to my Soul.


Whole30 became Whole30ish.
My attempt at Keto became basically just adding butter to my coffee and eating more bacon and avocado.

In truth, I felt really good when I was adding more fats to my diet --- but then my Team told me:

"No more cow, no more pig."
{which, honestly, was something I was struggling with from an emotional / personal-moral standpoint, anyway}
...and Keto went by the wayside.

That’s honestly why I'm really loving doing Cleanse days — shorter bursts of “rules,” and then just eating as clean as I can (without judgment when I don’t) the other days. 


I’ve found a few things that have been working well for me — outside of my Cleanse days:

👉🏼 I eat vegetarian (close to vegan) until dinner — that feels best for my Channel and my body. 

👉🏼 I drink one Isagenics Ionix drink during the day, and one Cleanse for Life drink before bed (one scoop each).

👉🏼 I do my own version of intermittent fasting in my mornings: 
coffee with a splash of coconut creamer, 
a “wellness elixir” (lemon, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne, hot water),
a small part of an IsaLean Bar... 

...and that’s pretty much it until late afternoon when I’ll have something light, especially if I’m going to yoga, before dinner

--- a smoothie, an apple (sometimes with peanut butter), carrots and hummus, nuts and green juice, etc.

👉🏼 Dinner is usually heavily vegetarian, but I do eat chicken and fish.


Now, I know there's more room for improvement --- more veggies, for a start --- but this is where I am right now.

When I moved in with my boyfriend and then shortly afterwards started my business --- I not only started to eat like him (which isn't right for MY body),

I also married my computer and stopped moving my body as much as I used to.

All of that has changed --- but not in a force-, rules-laden, Shame-fueled way...

I've found my way into a pattern and a way of eating that feels GOOD for me, that feels aligned for me, and --- most importantly --- gives me what my body was wanting:


...with the added bonus of dropping some LBs. 


I'm sharing this not because I'm advocating you all do what I'M doing --- although there may be elements in here that feel aligned for you, and if so, I invite you to borrow them, explore them, make them your own ---

--- but rather to offer that there is a way for you to take care of YOU in the way that's exactly right, and exactly Pleasurable, for YOU.
