The other day — when I was feeling overly reactive and triggered by something that had just happened — my Cosmic Team guided me through a new practice that released it entirely...

A simple but specific body-based practice, that had me entirely OUT of my head, my mind, my thoughts.

Instead of having me identify the thoughts I was having, the Beliefs underneath them, the Story happening underneath the reactivity, etc., (which can be super helpful, but can sometimes just keep us spinning)

They took me to a place
of Body and Consciousness only.

Allowing Awareness
and Sensation to dance,
unencumbered by the brain.

Allowing the Witness and the Wild Animal of the body to regulate, the way they already know how to. And it diffused, released, shifted, within minutes.

They even dropped in a name for it:

"The Process."

And I was Guided to record an audio version of it and add it to my Trigger Toolbox (which is a collection of tools, techniques, practices and perspectives for my clients to drop in with whenever they need them — a Bonus for my clients in Golden Goddess, The Spiral and my alumni mastermind this year.)

The shift was profound — and SO fast.

Yes, there is so much value in the investigating we do, seeking to understand where our reactivity comes from and rewiring, Repatterning those thoughts, Beliefs and drivers.

But sometimes, trying to "figure it out" is the last thing we need to be doing.

Sometimes,

the Body just wants to PROCESS.

Sometimes,

she just wants to feel.
