“But… how do you know we can heal?”
I was asked this question the other day,
and it nearly broke my heart.
“But how do you know we can heal?”
How do we know it's possible to change given all the conditioning, the Wounding, the trauma we've had?
Because
it's exactly what
you came here
to do.
Literally.
You came here to BE the You you were born to be THROUGH and in spite of the conditioning.
What we don’t realize, what we Forget, is that — if these things happen to us — then we are EXACTLY equipped to heal them.
There’s nothing there about “deserving them” — that doesn’t factor in.
It has nothing to do with deserving or not deserving the things that have happened in our lives.
Shit happens in this life, and it’s just a part of living it.
You didn’t deserve it.
You didn’t invite it.
You didn’t make a mistake.
If it happened — then you HAVE the power to heal it.
Full stop.
And it is you Choosing even the babiest tiniest steps in the direction of your vitality, your Truth, your Wholeness, your deciding that you are ENOUGH (actually, Perfect) — THROUGH the layers of shit — that HEAL those layers of shit.
It doesn't happen any other way.
The trick is just exactly that. We just somehow have believed it'll change FOR us, be handed to us, or that we'll be shown proof of what we Desire before we Choose it. We won't.
We have to decide.
We have to Choose.
We have to Choose ourselves FIRST, before looking to what's outside of us.
(Including our reflections, in all senses of that word.)
Why?
Because the Universe / your Soul is waiting for you to Remember that you have POWER. That you ARE Power.
That this life is exactly yours to Create and Co-Create with it. Does that mean you'll get to have what other people have? No. Does that mean you'll get to have whatever you snap your fingers and wish for? No.
You will have what you're MEANT for.
And that will always, always, always be better than we could have imagined ourselves, because our Souls know far better than we do.
You just have to keep Choosing yourself
enough to listen to Her.
