Gahhhhhhhh I just taught my Golden Goddess 2020 ladies "Personal Energy Gridding" — and I kind of FORGOT how freaking good it feels.
This is an energy healing modality my Cosmic Team taught me last year, and I taught to Golden Goddess 2019 ladies for the very first time. It's something you can literally do every day if you want, and I've been forgetting to.
It basically pops our Energy Field back to the shape and the vibrancy that it's built to hold for us —healing the places we're leaking our Power, where we've gotten heavy, where we've taken on 'funk' and sludgy energy, where we have imbalance, where we've lost our energetic Shine...
