How to Carefully Use Discomfort for your Growth

I can't recommend highly enough letting yourself invest in a coach or a course or a mentor or a healer or an experience that stretches you in #alltheways.

Financially,
emotionally,
Energetically;

something that gets you out of your comfort zone,
preferably in more than one way.

Will an uncomfortable financial investment spark more of your willingness to participate, and therefore Receive more?

Will letting yourself be seen vulnerably by a mentor, in ways you feel embarrassed letting yourself be seen, make you more willing to be seen by (and therefore Receive from) others, life, the Universe?

Will surrounding yourself with a community of women who poke into some of your softest, most vulnerable insecurities and self-doubts allow you to feel those so much more deeply that they can't help but be witnessed, brought into the Light, healed?

Now, I don't say this to encourage you to do things that completely shred your nervous system, mind you.

I still Believe that everything we can do,
we can do in a way that feels like more and more and more and more Ease,
we can do in a way that actually soothes and releases our nervous systems, rather than activating their coping mechanisms.

But when you can bring your deep and potent Sacred Masculine along on these journeys with you —
his Compassion,
his Stand for the perfection of Who You Really Are,
his resolute Reminders of how Beautiful you are, how valuable you are, how Divine you are,
and his Devotion to nurturing how you feel and how you want to feel

— these stretchy, Edgy, uncomfortable spaces can be so deeply, profoundly healing,

and so deliciously Expanding,
in ways you never would have imagined.

Your Sacred Feminine longs to Expand.

It's what she's built for.

It's one of her primary Energies.
She just needs her Sacred Partner
to hold space with and for her as she ventures into the uncomfortable space of the Beyond.

It doesn't really matter who you hire or what you invest in, as long as it truly feels aligned —

— but if there's something that resonates and Calls to you here, it would be my honor to be that Sacred Masculine for you while your own Remembers how to hold you.
