Everything I hate about the current Paradigm of business.
I read a post a while back, written by a woman who was spouting everything I hate about the current Paradigm of business. The woman who wrote it was basically Shaming "young" entrepreneurs and healers for offering their services, their gifts, before X amount of time or Y amount of hurdles had been passed.
She was telling them to STOP.
She was Shaming them.
Silencing them.
Keeping them small.
Telling them they had nothing to offer until and unless they become the socially-acceptable definition of what professional, successful, or teacher must mean.
Even the energy of the post felt awful.
I could energetically feel it
trying to close my throat.
It was deep Wounded Masculine Paradigm telling you you're not enough "unless." That you have to be a certain way in order to be good enough, in order to belong, that you have to tick off specific boxes, determined by someone else, god knows how fucking long ago, that says you are acceptable to the status quo.
Fuck that
Fuck all of that.

Here's what I know.
That outdated Paradigm was built for the guru. It was built for the pedestals, for competition and comparison, for Power-mongering, it was built for "I'm clearly better than you, so you can learn from me," and "you're clearly lesser, so you need me."
It's the industry that still really gets off on congratulating itself, and the old way of doing things:
“How long have you been doing this?”
“How big is your list?”
“How many followers do you have?”
That Paradigm is dying.
The Feminine Paradigm is emerging, whether you like it or not, and even the ways in which you do business are going to ask to change.
She will have you Remembering Her and honoring Her kicking and screaming, or through Opening deeply with Pleasure and letting go with deep Surrender.
It's your Choice.
It gets to feel better,
and feel Easier,
or it doesn't.
The Power is yours to Choose.

Here's what else I know.
You have Medicine to offer this world. And we can't afford for you to wait (gestures wildly around at the state of this world) to share it with us.
Do you know everything right now? No. Will you ever? No. And that's the way it's supposed to be. We’re done learning when we die. (And, in Truth, not even then.) And your job is to offer what you can offer, share the Medicine you can share, WHILE showing up in the Truth of the fact that you're still learning, that you're still figuring it out, that you are simply sharing what you can, how you can, as you go.
Your job is to offer what you have, (responsibly, morally, honestly, non-manipulatively, please) knowing that you will NEVER be the expert, and being comfortable showing up in that.
Change the game.
It's not working the way it is.
There's another way.
