On Fear of Change

"If I open to this... If I let this in... I won't know who I am anymore."
 

Whether that's a partner getting "too close" or letting in love and losing ourselves in the relationship...

or realizing our wildest dream or success, so that we forget who we were when we started...

or opening to become our most intuitive and energetically powerful selves, and fearing blurring the lines between who we are and what's "out there"...

...all of these things are simply a Fear of change, and a fear that we'll lose ourselves somehow.

Lose a part of ourselves.
Not be able to recognize ourselves, or tell where we start and the 'other' ends.

But not only does the fact that you're desiring these things, feeling called to these things --- even if they also create a fear in you --- mean that they're MEANT for you...

...THEY ARE YOU.

You are those things already.
