On hiring a coach...

In one of my group coaching calls, I helped a woman feel into whether or not she should hire a certain coach, to invest in working with a particular teacher or guide ---
 

--- she was unsure, battling with herself over the excitement of upleveling her business, the level of financial investment, her own fears of going bigger ---

--- and it felt, to her, impossible to tell which was leading the way.

Was this Fear trying to keep her small? 
Was it the investment blocking her ability to choose?
Or was this her intuition, some part of her telling her this was a bad idea?
 

Then I asked her one question:

"Would you want to spend a weekend hanging out with him/her?"

 
And she replied, 
"Oh... nope. Holy fuck. No. Not at all."

For me, it is always going to be imperative, when hiring a coach, just as it is when getting into bed with someone ---

--- do you like how this person FEELS?

Additionally, you can ask yourself...
 

Do you feel like you're getting invited to step into the BEST, most expansive, most joyful version of you when you're in this person's energy?

Do you feel PERMISSION?

Or do you feel pressure, judgment, expectation, requirement?

Do you feel like you breathe easier when you're on the phone with them?

Or is there suddenly "more to do," "more to become," "more you have to change about yourself"?

How do you want to feel ---- and does this person help you tap into that feeling?
