Hi beautiful...

I know you've fought long and hard to find yourself here --- through heartbreak, disappointment, frustration, feeling not enough, too much, feeling like you're doing something wrong, like there's something wrong with you, and -- maybe the most painful -- like maybe what you feel in your deepest heart and in your bones you're meant for... might not be meant for you...

I was there, too --- I know that pain. Intimately. It wasn't until I was 37 and I found the thread of this work I now teach, that it literally ALL changed. All of it.
