How are you Expanding during this time of contraction?
This is such a strange time,
one in which so many people are focusing on how they can survive, on preparing for how they'll 'manage' while all the shit hits the fan —
— and then there are people like me and my clients
who have decided that this is the time in which they get to Thrive.
That this is the time when Energy reigns supreme
over EVERYTHING else;
especially the Energy we let ourselves hold in our bodies.
We Know that this is the time, this deeply fertile time of the Unknown, of Chaos and the Void,
to Create what we want to see, what we want to experience,
and how we want the Universe to show up for us.
I'm witnessing my clients do just that, and it's so freaking inspiring:
I'm watching as they build new businesses, sell out courses, SERVE their audience even more deeply, pivot their entire niche and lay claim on their Futures;
as they do the internal work, now, that they Know will make them unshakeable in their Magnetism to the Lovers who are on their way in.
I have this pattern I've always naturally fallen into in my life:
The pattern of a great Ocean.
In times of great change,
I tend to pull into myself,
pulling back from rushing into the shore,
amassing my Power,
gathering my strength,
coming into my Depth
before the next wave of my Expansion.
This is that time, as far as I'm concerned, for all of us as a Collective.
And especially those of you who are ready to feel the Power of the Divine Feminine thrum through your veins.
NOW is the time when your focus must be on your Expansion.
Not on just 'getting by until it's time to go again.'

There are those who will read this who will think, "Oh, great. More peddling of "Love and Light" when what we need to be doing is taking action and protecting ourselves." My first question for them is,
"What makes you think these things are mutually exclusive?"
My second question is,
"What makes you think that this virus that has turned our world inside out in ways we never expected — isn't just making people sick,
it's actually providing Medicine?
That it's a catalyst for Change that we haven't been willing to take for ourselves? That it's clearing the decks, in more ways than one, and we're being given as much Opportunity to BUILD here just as much as we are being asked to take care of our basic needs?
What makes you think this is either/or — instead of Both / And?"
I for one am healing and Expanding in ways I haven't experienced in my "busier" days. I'm getting to Anchor In what I can feel is coming next for me... while also taking care to nurture what my 'right now Self' needs to stay safe, healthy and sane.
You have a Choice about how you see what's happening here, and how you Choose to open your Heart and your mind — or close them protectively.
My third question is,
"What makes you think that this isn't the Choice Point we've all been gearing up for?
How are you letting yourself focus on your EXPANSION right now?"
