Why I'm Struggling With the Coaching Industry

I’m struggling with this industry lately.

With the shiny, fancy words that don’t seem to have any realness, any depth, any true Presence.
With the focus on the more, the bigger, the faster, the better — rather than on Higher, and Deeper, and Greater, and more Powerful.

It’s starting to feel like such a show.

And I’ve gotten caught up in it myself at times.

Grabbing for the shinier things, the shinier teachers — and forgetting about the Depth, the Hidden…
Getting distracted by the bright without the Medicine of the Fire…

But it’s reminding me.
I’m Remembering.

If you’ve ever wondered how I Know this Work is real — it’s that.
It asks something of me.

Always.

It doesn’t ask for “work,”
or for me to “earn” it,
it doesn’t ask for me to “prove it”
or put me through “tests,”
it doesn’t ask for it to feel “hard.”

But, like any Mother, She will ask something bigger of me
the more Power She allows me to hold,
because She Knows that’s the true Nature of Power,
and the true Nature of Magic.
