Feeling overwhelmed?

Maybe you're wondering why a Love Coach is asking this question -- this probably seems like a topic for a Life Coach or even a Business Coach. 

But the work I do in Love Coaching -- including helping to align your path with your own flow, and helping you to fall in love with your life -- hinges so much on coming back to center, coming into your core, and living a life from your Soul, that the Overwhelm Struggle is a common one. 

Because what happens when you're feeling overwhelmed? 

WELL, DID YOU KNOW THAT THE WORD "WHELM" MEANS 'TO BE SWEPT BENEATH BY A WAVE'??

Ha!! Isn't that exactly what it feels like?!!

And what happens when you're hit by that big whelm-wave?

You either spin, get tossed around and don't know which way is up.... or you get hammered, flattened, it's hard to want to get up again. 

And either way --- whether you're spinning or you shut down --- how can Love and Flow get in? How can it reach you?

How can you keep a finger on the pulse of your intuition, your deepest, juiciest you, your true path, when you're closed or when you're feeling spazzed out? 

The metaphor for how to avoid this beastly Whelm-Wave is: you settle down into your depths, your "ocean floor," your CORE.

This is true of love AND life in general (even business!). 

Down there, down deep, the current isn't quite as strong -- you're more protected and can see more clearly. 

SO HOW DO YOU DO IT? 

Well, first thing's first: you get in touch with your body; your tuning-fork. 
You listen. 
You put a cork in the To Do list, you get quiet, and you simply listen to what your core has to say. 

WHAT ARE THE 3 BIGGEST THINGS LOOMING IN FRONT OF YOU RIGHT NOW, COMPETING FOR YOUR TIME, ENERGY AND ATTENTION?

What is your body saying about each of them? 

Can you really listen to what it's telling you --- and can you honor its wisdom by following its lead? 

What are you hearing when you listen? 
Where is it showing up?
And what is it inspiring you to do, which direction is it inspiring you to follow?
