Anyone Else Feeling It?

I am.
Several of my fellow coaches are.
The energy right now seems to be --- let's just say, all over the place.

It feels both incredibly Magical --- and totally disorienting.

For me, I'm experiencing a ton of activations, clarity, OMG everything is in flowwwwwwwww...

...followed by a bunch of, "Where am I?"

It feels a little bit like the energy at play right now is a lot like the energy of this season ---

--- the occasional flirting with the spring, the green buds of leaves on the trees start peeking out, getting ready to bloom, and then another cold snap (or 'slap' as the case may be)

...reminding us that it's actually still winter, that we're being asked to stay centered, remain patient.

If you're feeling this, too, KNOW you're being guided, love.

Even when it feels like it's Chaos.
Even when it seems like nothing's happening as quickly, efficiently or smoothly as you'd like.

Just remember that when you're feeling "all over the place," it just
means you're getting ready to expand in all directions.

Breathe.
Come back to Center.
Drop into Child's Pose.
