Enjoy the Contrast

We Choose Contrast to help us come back to Choosing Expansively.
 

Those times we self-sabotage,

pull back from Intimacy that we're actually Desiring,
hold ourselves back,

Choose smallness or hiding,
avoid, procrastinate, distract ourselves ---

--- instead of doing the Expansive thing.

These create Contrast:
discomfort
stuckness

Fear spirals
repeating cycles
what DOESN'T feel good or Expansive.

And we do that exactly SO THAT we Choose Expansively again, knowing --- a bit more readily --- why we're not Choosing that other way.
 

When we have moved through all the resistance in our patterning,

and we’re actually, fully Choosing Expansively --- JUST because it feels really good to Choose it every time ---

--- then we will STOP Choosing Contrast.
 

Until then, enjoy the Contrast --- your Soul puts it there on purpose...

...so you'll Choose You, and Choose your best life, 
once again.
