Healing old patterns with Primal Drive Reprogramming

Just shared the first of the 'new Modality' practices with my Golden Goddess ladies . . . Is it weird that it feels a little naked? A little uncomfortable?

These are energetic practices that I received just a few months ago — which was 🤯 in and of itself, but have been even more 🤯 by actually experiencing what they DO.

This one — which I've called (at least for now) Primal Drive Reprogramming, Repatterns the parts of our brain / nervous system / energetics that actually KEEP us Choosing things that aren't good for us don't serve us don't even make us happy.

Habits we can't seem to shift,
unhealthy Choices we seem to keep making,
ways we self-sabotage.

The first thing I shifted — the day I received the practice from my Cosmic Team — was an addiction to popcorn and tortilla chips, and my boyfriend brought home tortilla chips THAT NIGHT, and I didn't have any. I didn't even WANT any. And 2 nights later, I was at a Mexican restaurant with girlfriends, having drinks and watching them have chips and guacamole — and I 👏🏽 had 👏🏽 not 👏🏽 even 👏🏽 one. 👏🏽

I also haven't had popcorn since I decided I was done with corn. Not even once. 😳 (you laugh, but shit was real, you guys — I honest-to-god had popcorn almost every single day of my life since my childhood, and I would unconsciously eat tortilla chips when they were around, whether I was hungry or not) I've shifted bigger things since then, but this was INSTANT. And I was pretty shocked.

Now here's what I want you to know: I'm not special. Unique, yes. ;) Special? No.

Every single person has access to abilities, wisdom, information, healing that their Cosmic Teams desperately want to share with them.

The KIND of abilities, wisdom, information and healing will be different for you, but the ONLY thing that makes me "special" is that I decided to start saying Yes to Receiving what, at first, made absolutely no sense to me, and I Trusted — sometimes with an epic Human Tantrum, but I Trusted — that there was something More for me, that there was something more Beautiful for me, more Magical for me, more incredible in store for me.

We're being asked
to Return to our Power.

Because it is our Returning to our FULL Power and abilities — along with the continual Choosing to use it for Love, to use it in honor of Sovereignty, to never misuse it — that is going to save this planet, save us, and allow us to live the lives we've always been meant to live.
