I can feel a Collective tiredness. In the self-improvement realm, especially, but really, everywhere…
An Existential tiredness.
We're tired of trying all the things. Of looking to mentor after mentor, service after service, product after product, teacher after teacher to tell us how we can feel better, how we can break free of the shackles we can feel binding us, how we can finally get out of this loop, or that cycle, how we can live into the life we can feel Calling us.
Tired of buying all the things that don't seem to work, that don't seem to fill the hole.
Tired of the work. Tired of the push. The doing. Tired of trying to operate in a world that doesn't feel like it was built for us.
I found myself, within the past year, getting caught up in the swirls and the 'suction' of the way this industry does things, at least in the ways that are the most vocal, the most visible, the most adamant. And I found myself there once again: tired. Getting caught in the loops of Strategy and Measurement, Numbers and Comparison, "catch up and keep up" with the Wave that 'everyone else' appears to be on.
But the tiredness is just the signal.
It's just the signpost.
It's the Voice of your Soul
telling you this isn't Your Way.
It's your nervous system
telling you the Contorting
to someone else's Way
isn't needed anymore.
One of my favorite things about this Work is how it invites us and supports us to RELEASE the old ways, the Linear ways, the Limiting ways, the ways of Measurement, Comparison, Contortion, and holds profound and resolute Invitations back into Your Way.
Into the Way of your Soul,
and the Path She designed for you.
How every Transmission and every Shamanic Journey helps us "scramble" and disorient the parts of us that have been conditioned into that Old Way, that HARDER way…and helps us touch into and viscerally Remember the more Ancient parts of us that both Know our own, True, Soul-Aligned Way and have the courage to Walk it.
How every tiny little tweak and ‘micro-shift’, even in seemingly trivial parts of our lives, let us Reprogram the parts of us, however loud, however deeply buried, however ingrained, that Believes we ‘can’t’ or that forgets we are the Source of our own Power.
How every time we try on, or flirt with, (or in my case, keep Returning to) the tools, practices and principles of this Work — we come back into what lights us up, back into our Deepest Truth, back into our Sacred Energetics, and we see how literally everything we Desire,
EVERYTHING we Desire,
comes from that place.
This Existential tiredness isn’t hardwired into us. There’s a physical tiredness that’s just simply part of being Human, of course — but this Existential tiredness isn’t meant for us, it isn’t something we have to walk with as much as we do. It is a byproduct of this Over-Masculinized Paradigm that has convinced us all of ways of living and ways of Believing and ways of seeing and Perceiving and ways of Being that drain us, and sap us of our Soul Essence.
You’re built for Beauty, for Harmony, for Peace, for Ease and your full Essence Expression.
The Remembrance of this is just inside of you… right there within you…
She lives in your bones.
In the deeper, more Ancient part of you.
Underneath the ways this world has us Forgetting…
