Allow yourself to express how you feel at your depth.
The energy of this time is asking for your willingness to allow others to feel you by letting yourself express how you feel at your deepest Emotional Body, your most core frequency.
When there is a tendency to express from a place of emotional reactivity, allow yourself enough stillness to feel into what is underneath that is more true, more raw, more vulnerable. And express this. Even if it is only in your inner Knowing, to let yourself know this part of your own Truth.

Come back to the Body.

Allow yourself to connect more deeply to your body --- and to the bodies of those around you.

Your loved ones, those you'll never know, and to the Earth herself.
To Embrace. To honor.
Whether in a physical way or emotional --- allow yourself to Remember that every Body needs nourishing, and needs honoring.

Allow yourself to feel held, and to Know that you are supported, even by that which seems uncertain;
by that which has yet to come into form.
Even these times of chaos and storm are in your Service.
Allowing yourself to remember this is precisely what will allow you to soar within it.

Allow yourself, instead, to tap into the energy and focus of your own internal Fire. Your passion. Your Soul Calling. Your Mission.
It's the Fire within --- the inner Knowing that you are meant for More, and that you have a profound Medicine to offer that which you're most passionate about --- that will propel you forward.
