This is never going to be "one-size-fits-all"

Someone asked me in a great question this AM ---
What sets entrepreneurs who succeed (profitability, sustainability) apart from those who don't?

This poured through from my Cosmic Team when I sat down to feel into it...

Short answer:

Soul Alignment.

Long answer:

For me, this is a really fucking complex question, with layers upon layers of possibility. What’s the definition of ‘succeeding’? What’s the definition of ‘profitable,’ of ‘sustainable’?

These can be different to so many people, but even barring all of that — let’s just say it’s the ability to have a business that feels good and supports our ability to thrive.

This is still complex. It’s like asking why some relationships work and others don’t. It’s the same dance of relationship, exploration, experience, alignment and what’s meant to be.

What I mean is this:
just like some relationships are meant to go the distance and others are meant to be brief but incredibly potent —

— some people are meant to have wildly successful, highly visible, massively impactful businesses;
other people are meant to have quietly sustainable + simple businesses;

some people are meant to be in business for the long-haul,
others are meant to have it for a time, learn what they were meant to learn, + then step into the next phase of their Soul Purpose, whatever that may mean or look like.

Anything less, and we're assuming that Failure is actually a thing — in relationships OR in business — instead of simply part of our path.

The bottom line is it comes down to listening, honoring + taking action.

There is no way to “know” where your business is meant to go —

but you can absolutely be aligned with your Soul,
your Soul’s Purpose, your Soul’s Mission,

and listen for the guidance, listen for the next steps,
listen for when cycles are meant to complete,

and honor what you hear by taking action in service of your Soul’s Path.

This is never going to be a one-size-fits-all or one-formula-serves-all life.
Not one part of it.

The only way we come close to One Way is: start having a real, deep, honest dialogue with your Soul, start listening, + start honoring what you hear — even when it’s uncomfortable.
