The most fundamental principle I've been asked to embrace and Embody more and more and more these days is the principle of Both / And.
That anywhere we're trying to hold onto or nail into the ground ONE singular perspective or Truth, the more it Divides, the more it Separates, the more it slows movement, growth, Expansion.
It's one of the hardest things for our Human brains to willingly come to terms with (at least in the state of Wounded Masculine Conditioning they're in):
The Truth that there is more than one Truth.
That there are Opposite Truths.
Paradoxical Truths.
Infinite Truths, if you want to get down to it.
That Truth is a unique cocktail of the Infinite, Quantum, immeasurable Cosmos — and the finite, the singular, the "just right now" moment in Time.
It is Universal and it is personal. It is Wave and it is Particle. It is "true right now" and it is changeable.
There really truly is never, ever just One Way. And the more we can let ourselves see, feel, Be With, and strive to uphold Both/And, the more comes into re-pair.
Union.
Wholeness.
That doesn't mean any ONE Truth isn't to be Honored, that doesn't mean any ONE Truth is to be dismissed, when you get hung up on that, you're getting hung up, once again, on Singularity.
It's can you Honor both. Always.
It's can you seek, as best you can, to Uphold both. Always. It's can you get comfortable enough in the discomfort of constant movement, reflection, destruction, growth, dissolution and Expansion — that you can let yourself be brand new in each moment, and Trust that the Opposites and the Paradox are Weaving together something magnificent.
Of course you can.
You're a multidimensional Being.
You were built to be able to
hold space for ALL that you are,
and ALL That Is.
