The self-destructive death-wish of the current Paradigm. {and why I’m no longer playing along}
Let’s talk a bit about Soulless Growth vs. Soulful Expansion
Soulless Growth is where we’ve been in this Wounded Masculine Paradigm.
It’s where we've been as a human society for far too long: sacrificing what makes us Human in the first place for what we've decided is more valuable than that… the accumulation of material things, the accumulation and hoarding of Power, the “conquering into submission” of nature and one another.
(all of which is the craziest thing when you think about
how self-destructive and death-wishy that is, isn't it?)
Soulful Expansion is what the emerging Feminine Paradigm is all about.
This is that which puts wellness, Wholeness and Soulfulness on equal footing with the material. (omg, what a novel idea)
And which is, because She is about WHOLENESS, actually about both of the Archetypes — Masculine and Feminine — being in harmonious balance.
If you think for one minute that living that way — in Soulful Expansion — means we won't be able to have the things we've grown used to having as "benefits" of this Wounded Masculine way of living, well, I have two things for you:
1. How's this cancer-and-violence-and-separation-and-materialism world treating you, really?
and,
2. We're smarter than that — there are those who know how to put our technology and our agriculture to work FOR a more Soulful and sustainable existence. (I wish I were one of them ;) so I'm not going to speak to the How).
But regardless of how you feel about the idea —
This is where we're going,
as a species,
as a collective,
as a planet,
whether we like it or not.
Either we go kicking and screaming,
until we have no more choice in the matter...
...or we start making smarter,
more holistic Choices
that benefit ALL.
