The universe is a damn good Coach

This is why you should always have a coach...
{or at least why *I* should}

...because when you don't, the Universe will become your coach.

This is the first time in a long time (ever, perhaps, since starting on this journey?) that I've not been in a consistent coaching container with SOMEone, whether for spiritual or business ---

--- and the Universe appears to be stepping up to help me find my Edges, my growth areas, the places I'm still operating from Ego, the places I'm still not yet Love.

A big ol' dose of Ego-Identification Death yesterday...

I got super triggered by someone last week...

My FOMO flared up BIG TIME earlier this week...

And today, *I* heard that I triggered the hell out of someone else... 

All which has me doing some excavation of Wound patterns and layers of stories, limiting beliefs, that have been keeping me from next-leveling, keeping me small.

*sigh*

The Universe is a damn good Coach.
 

{Although, my other coaches tend to be a little more gentle...}
