The Vulnerability Hangover is REAL

I remember crying for hourrrrrrrrssssss on my meditation mat --- like, ugly, crumpled-face sobbing --- after I "outed myself" on Facebook last year for being a Weirdo.

When I shared that I talk to Beings across the veil, that I Channel information to my clients, that I get information about sacred geometry, the energy behind things, even aliens...

I was TERRIFIED of the judgment and the ridicule and the rejection that would ensue.

I thought there's no way I'd be invited to the 'normal table' ever again.
{lol... now I'm not sure I even want to sit at that table --- it's so much more fun here... ;) haha }

But that Ego Death was REAL.
 

My entire life I'd feared what people would think if they really knew me; I'd feared what would happen if I didn't 'fit in' ---

--- and, somewhere in my Ego, I truly feared that I'd die if I let those more vulnerable parts of me be seen.

I think I remember needing a nap... and a glass of wine... and about 11 hours of sleep after that.

We need to see you.
More than that --- we need to FEEL you.

 

The REAL you.

It's only when you're showing up in YOUR TRUE Frequency that we can feel you at all...

Literally, at all.
 

I also know it's scary to share yourself vulnerably.

How you might desperately want to delete, pull back, undo, keep controlling how others receive you.

AND the more we allow ourselves to Choose to simply Be With what we've shared, who we are, our true Frequency,

the more we let ourselves stand with it, 
drop our shoulders and lay down the control,
and get still enough to let the reactive fear-emotions settle down ---

--- we start to integrate more of that part of ourselves that is willing to be seen.
