We probably all have some "fixer" in us ---
--- we just want to HELP, want to help people evolve, awaken, heal, feel better...
One of the hardest parts of being a coach, IMO,
is turning that instinct off and allowing yourself to become simply an invitation for what's possible instead...
Because I can't do the healing for you anyway.
It is ALWAYS your Choice.
The Alchemy doesn't happen any other way.
(For this reason, none --- I repeat, NONE --- of the "sales templates" or "discovery call scripts" that focus on sales and drill into 'objections' truly create the fullest possibility of Alchemy and Soul alignment.
You cannot talk or steer someone into Choosing themselves ---
when we do, the work, and their transformation, are never as powerful.)
It can feel really hard to turn that instinct off, though...
Really hard.
But it gets easier.
The Wounded Masculine believes that our ability to "fix" speaks directly to our 'value' and our 'worth' ---
if we can "help fix" someone, then we're "good enough."
It believes that our ability to "get clients" means that we'll be okay, that we're successful, that we've made it.
(And that when we don't, we're not good enough, right?)
But the most beautiful gift I think I'm capable of giving
is, instead, allowing someone to see and feel that they don't need fixing in the first place.
They get to Choose to deepen and explore and create movement and change in their life if they feel called to
--- but I get to Remember (and I get to invite them to Remember) that they're already Whole.
That all there is, truly, is a coming Home to exactly who they've always been meant to Be.
And this, don't you see?, is where the real healing and Union and evolution occurs...
It's already in you.
Perhaps it's just the Key to unlock it that you've been waiting for.
