You actually know better than anyone

I don't think I've ever been SO EXCITED about hearing what's wrong with me.

Just back from an appointment with my naturopath and WE FINALLY FOUND IT.

The reason for the 10+ pounds that won't. fucking. budge.
The reason for my constant tiredness.
The reason for my wonky-as-fuck cycles and hormones that seem to be bipolar.

The reason for urrrrrrrrrything.

My Cortisol is basically non-existent,
and I'm (FINALLY REGISTERING AS) hypothyroid.


I have literally KNOWN --- and asked for tests continually --- for years that my thyroid is funky.

But it never once tested anything but "normal."

Regular doctors.

Naturopaths.

OBGYNs.

Nada. Nobody could find what was wrong, why I was having the symptoms I was complaining about.

Never mind that in 2015, when it took THREE TRIES to get my IUD out --- because it broke in half twice, got embedded in my uterus once ---

--- that I registered an extra pound on the scale every. single. time I went to the doctor's office.

And I went to the doctor's office a lot that year.

And in short spans of time.

I almost cried in her office
{okay, I teared up like 4 times, but that's, like, breathing for me}

when she told me my results.


Halle-freaking-lujah!

Now the healing can begin!!!!

And I KNEW it. This whole time I knew it.
