Do we focus on 'doing the inner work' or 'taking action'?
{ It's not Either 'do the inner work' Or 'take action' — it is always, always, always a Both / And. }

The Harmonizing and balancing of our Archetypal energies (Feminine/Masculine, Internal/External, Spiritual/Physical) applies to what's happening in our world right now, and how we're being asked to show up, for ourselves and for the marginalized, the abused, the systemically oppressed and brutalized.
Here's what that looks like: Please continue to do the inner work, the healing work, the Light Work, the Energetic work, please keep coming into your Sacred Feminine Center, into Love, into your own Truth, into your own Power, please keep Choosing the most Expansive possible thing for yourself based on how it feels*
(*big caveat here, explained below)
(I invite you to include in that a willingness to look into crevices and under stones of your own experience, thoughts, Beliefs, mindsets, perceptions, habits, assumptions, etc., to see where there are blind spots and unconscious patterns that are being asked to be healed around race and racism)
— but also, please take Sacred Masculine Action. Any Action. Any non-harming Action. And keep taking them, while you continue to do your own inner work.
And if you're not sure if the Action you're thinking about taking will be harmful, then let the Action you're taking be to learn more how to take non-harmful action (preferably by paying POC who are offering work around this). And then take some more Action to be a helpful, healing force in those ways you learn about.
It is a Sacred Masculine Devotion
to taking some kind of step
in the direction of healing racism,
within and without.
And a Sacred Feminine willingness
to come inside and see how we can
continue to evolve and Expand.

The tricky part is — it's going to look different for everyone, and it is meant to, because everyone is asked to find their own, Sovereign Way. Sometimes that Way isn't going to 'make sense' to other people, sometimes that Way isn't going to be what others want you to Choose, but — if we're to heal this big, heavy, insidious, constantly-damaging Patriarchy — we have to come back from what is expected and taught and conditioned and placed upon us from outside of ourselves,
and come back into Who We Really Are,
what we really Know,
and into deepest alignment with our Soul...
because truly no one else matters.

Here's the caveat I warned you about:
***Your Soul isn't going to be guiding you to just what's most Expansive for YOU, so be careful of thinking that your own Sovereign Way is some kind of 'hall pass' for doing what you want.
Your Soul is always,
always going to guide you
to Choose what's most
Expansive for ALL involved.
And when you're doing the work to come inside, into your own Truth, into your own Power, into what true Expansion really is, and how it really feels, you will FEEL when that Expansion is a self-serving one, or when it actually creates healing — for you, and for the rest of the Cosmic Tapestry.
You'll feel it viscerally.
***Your Soul doesn't care how comfortable your Ego is. In fact, it's just the opposite — She's going to ask you to get really freaking uncomfortable, and all the freaking time, because She is always going to be calling you closer to Love — and anyone who tells you capital-L Love isn't uncomfortable? Doesn't know what that actually is.

So the work must ALWAYS be both internal and external — doing the big, messy, deep work of Coming Home to oneself, and doing the uncomfortable action-taking for other.
It is always Both/And.
It is always Feminine/Masculine.
It is always within/without.
It is always Be it / Do it.
Didn't I tell you that capital-L Love is uncomfortable?
Love also doesn't ask us to be perfect in either of these processes.
She just asks us to BEGIN.
To let it be enough.
And to keep Choosing it.
Let it be enough.
And keep Choosing it.
Let it be enough.
And keep Choosing it.

I'm deep in the process of learning, too, because in Truth we always will be at the Beginning, always with more to learn, always with ways to do better, always with ways we can Choose Expansion better. And it's SO important that you simply begin.
Take Action.
However you can.
And don't forget to keep doing the deep inner work.
