I'm feeling quiet this week — possibly because it's my week off,

{entrepreneurs, if you don't give yourself a regularly occurring week off every X weeks, I HIGHLY recommend}

possibly because I've just been holding gates open for TWO courses at the same time, Golden Goddess and She Wolf, and am now holding space for 29 women, plus the handful of 1:1 clients I take on at any one time…

possibly because (I literally JUST realized) this day, 16 years ago, was the day I got married and stepped (farther) into my Forgetting, my Dark Night of the Soul, what would become my shattering — only to finally find Light and dig myself out 4 years later — and the intensity of the dreams, Shamanic Journeys and visions in meditation this past handful of nights makes even more sense now that I realize this timing.

I can't stress to you enough how INTEGRAL my Dreamwork, Shamanic work and meditation has been in my healing — literally peeling away layers in Theta state that I would feel SO MUCH more resistance to in waking.
{I often say I'm a much bigger badass in my Dreams and Journeying than I am in "real life." ;) }

If I didn't have this work, I honestly don't know if I'd even get to TOUCH on some of the layers that have wanted to peel away, the Wounds that have wanted to heal, the blocks that have wanted to be dissolved.

The Shamanic Journeying is often the favorite part of my clients' experience in Golden Goddess (and my 3-month courses) — and *I* know that's both because they're magical, Mystical, wonder-filled and fun,

but also because it’s where
they do the Deepest
and most Alchemical work,

and it makes it easier for them to simply CHOOSE to show up bigger, bolder, fuller, Whole-r,

making it easier for them to simply Choose to Receive what they’ve been craving all along.
