On Collective Processing...

I'm what my lovely friend Katie DePaola calls a Collective Processor.
 

I don't always remember this...

I don't always remember that I feel and process and have the power to transmute pain, anger, Wound for the Collective ---
 

(and in Truth, we are ALL this, and we all have this power)
 

--- but sometimes it comes in with such clarity, with such visceral Knowing that that's what is happening,

that I'm receiving something that I'm being asked to feel that ISN'T MINE, and I'm being asked to move with it, Be With it, see it, hold it, release it.

Today, it's Anger.
 

And I didn't see it coming.
I never do when it's not mine --- it just knocks on the door, and asks:

Will you see me?
 

Of course I don't have to.
I have that power, too. The power to Choose. The power to say, Not now.

But today, the deep Knowing and resultant influx of words knocked, and I felt no resistance to receiving it.

{Bumblebee 🐝 had just flown into my window, too, and I worked to release her --- to help her find her way back out of the invisible cage of windows she was finding herself banging and buzzing against.... Oh, how perfect...}

And now I'm sitting here sobbing with the release of it for all of us, Transmuting with compassion and Love that which has come through to be healed.

This is what came through...

What if you could say what you REALLY FELT when you're angry, when you're rageful?

I guarantee you it's not, "I hate you."

It's not even, "I can't believe you're doing this" --- which isn't a feeling, but even "I'm stunned" or "I'm baffled," while true, isn't what you're really feeling...

What you're really feeling is Pain.
Anguish.
Irrepressible sadness.

What if you screamed THAT at the top of your lungs,
the same way you would scream out your "Anger"?
