When it’s not going your way — which of these do you do?

When it's not going the way you expect, do you:

a. Push harder, do more, double-down on what you had been doing; surely if you just put more effort into this, it'll start working

b. Keep doing what you've been doing — but now every day that it's not working, it hurts a little more, stings a little deeper, and the Shame sets in, maybe some desperation... Maybe there's something wrong with you or how you're doing things

c. Start asking around, asking other people how they do it, looking to see what they do, taking their tips and tricks, and start modeling what you're doing on that (at least a little)

d. Give up, start telling yourself it's apparently not going to happen for you, it's not meant for you, maybe you should quit

or e. Keep Opening up. Wider, even. Not with push but with a deep sense of Service and Surrender to what you Know you're meant for, even if it doesn't happen HOW you want it to or WHEN you expect it to.

Deciding to Trust that whatever is here — even if it's not what you were hoping to experience, what you were hoping it would look like — is For You, in some Magical, profound way that you can't yet see or make sense of.

Deciding to start looking with eyes that are trained to find the Miracle, the Wonder, the Beauty in what the Universe wants to bring you — even here — instead of with disdain, resentment, Rejection, and wishing it were something else.
