How to finally Know you are ‘enough.’
In Truth, there is no way to really, truly Know you are "enough." That you are good enough, that you are worthy.
It is simply a Choice.
As frustrating as that may be to hear, it is and always will be simply a Choice — because our 'worth' can't be "proven" to us.
The Measurement for it doesn't exist.
You either Choose that you are because you're Human and Divine, flawed and perfect, good and bad, and all of it all at once.
Or you Choose to believe what this Wounded Masculine Paradigm has taught you: That there is a ruler,
that there is an invisible Measurement, subject to change at a moment's notice by who knows whom, that you must strive for at all times, at all cost, if you want to belong to the "club" that is The Worthy Ones.
I will say it a million more times, as often as you'll let me: There isn't a single Number that can tell us anything about Who We Really Are, what we're 'deserving' of, or what we're meant for.
That is the Wounded Masculine linear, limited, limiting belief in only that which can be quantified.
You are not a Number.
You cannot be Measured by one.
You have to simply Choose that you are worthy and far more than "enough" — and start letting yourself take the baby steps into actions that uphold that Belief. That said, I will say this: There are tools and practices, yes, which will help you shift the Energetic, Emotional and Etheric Wounds underneath WHY you continue to believe you may not yet be "enough," and why you can't seem to shift yourself out of it.
And by FAR, the most potent shift for this in my own experience, and for my clients, is a deep connection with your Soul, and learning how to speak with Her, hear Her, understand Her, tap into Her reasons for your being here, and doing so on a daily basis.
