Your emotions are one of your superpowers

The last 12 hours have been... wrenching.
That's the only way I can find to describe it.

While the story isn't mine to tell, so I'm not going to go into detail --- I'll suffice to say that I had a moment where life as I knew it flashed before my eyes,

and --- while everything ultimately turned out well --- that moment has been haunting me, heavily, for almost 8 hours.

But, possibly because it was so intense, I hadn't really cried. Not really.

Shock, feeling stunned, feeling exhausted, feeling overwhelmed, feeling responsible for the other person --- somehow, the tears didn't really come, even though I could feel them welling up a few times.

At some point, a few hours ago, I had a massive headache --- one of those that feel like a cap of pain, right at the top of your head --- and I don't get headaches that much anymore.

So I asked:  What is this?

My Team said:   You're not fully expressing your emotional energy. You're not letting yourself cry.

So I walked over to my boyfriend, asked if I could just have a hug, and he held me while I sobbed, unabashedly, unrestrictedly, unapologetically.

And, as I expected, about 90 seconds in --- I felt the headache lift.

If we're not allowing our emotional energy to flow freely through our bodies, if we're clamping down on the movement of that energy ---

--- it takes up residence elsewhere:
 

Often in our bodies, as pain, headaches, injuries, illness.

Also frequently in our emotional systems, as blocks, limiting beliefs, Fears, anxiety or depression.

Even sometimes in our world, as things that go “wrong,” asking us to pay attention, come back to Center Channel, come back to what we Know beyond all else that exists around us.

It MUST move.
Energy. Must. Move.
 

When it doesn't,
we are stopped up as much as this energy whose Channel we're blocking.
And so, too, is our power of Co-creation.

When it does,
we are aligned with the Flow and the energy systems of the Universe.
And so, too, is our power of Co-creation.
