Another Layer of Permission

There was a part of me that kind of cringed about the video on Flow I posted the other day.

I still have some kind of self-expectation that the things I post around this work should be deep, profound,

they should be polished, have a point (lol), tell a cohesive and coherent story; they should be Channeled.

And it's kept me from getting on video much --- because the "pressure to perform" and the "pressure for perfect" on a video can get in the way of me feeling Connected to what wants to come through.

So, earlier this week, after coming from a glorious afternoon at the beach, when I stumbled upon the exact thing I had been needing / thinking about / putting in my back pocket as something I needed to FIND ---

--- in Flow, 
in absolute perfection
and SO MUCH EASE I didn't even have to THINK about it
let alone go searching for it ---

{which is always how it happens, btw}

--- I felt so much sparkly joy and Wonder and Magic, I felt called to hop onto my FB group in a Live video (for the second time that day, when I've mayyyyyyyybe done two in one MONTH previously) and share about it.

I had no plan. I had no MIND-BLOWING story to illustrate how magical Flow can feel.
 

I just had me.
And my silly little post-office story that wasn't very captivating. 
And the energy of Joy and Play and Wonder I was still holding.

And I've heard from a bunch of women --- on that post and in private --- how much that shifted for them,
how much Permission it gave them,

the reminder of their own ability to let go of Control and let Magic happen FOR them.

So --- how very full circle --- with this,

another layer of my OWN Control impulse peels away, seeing that my own Perfection or profundity isn't required in order to speak to someone, reach someone's heart, touch someone's Soul...

...and I replace it with, instead, yet another layer of my own Permission.
 

Feels SO much better that way...
