I got a beautiful question from one of my Golden Goddess clients once:

She asked if it's possible for our hearts to feel both utterly filled AND Open at the same time — if we can feel full and still feel Open to Receiving more, noticing how we have a tendency to move back and forth between the two, feeling filled OR feeling Open to Receive, calling in More. And she asked if that's the goal of what we're doing in this work — allowing ourselves to do, be, hold BOTH. And I feel called to share my response to her with you...

We are Limitless,
capable of unimaginable Expansion,
and the Universe is Infinite
— there is ALWAYS More.

So even with a full heart, we get to stay Open to More. And yes, that is basically what we're doing here. However, I will say that there isn't ever one "goal" — one state that we should be seeking to attain and STAY in... For that is a static Energy — which equates to 'death,' if you will...

Life moves,
in one way or another,
it ALWAYS moves.

Into its growth and thriving, or into its decay or destruction. { This is the Upward and Expanding Spiral, or the Downward and Collapsing Spiral. } And so what we want is to move with what wants to move through us in a way that allows for our Expansion even through what feels like Constriction.

That's a heady thing to think about, and asks us to (as always) dance with Paradox — but that's exactly what we're doing in here in this journey.

I will caveat this to say, too, that holding an Energy of being Open to MORE does not equate to "Get" Energy. It's not about feeling full, and then saying, "How can I GET more?" That's a swing into the Wounded Feminine that says where I am, what I have, how full I am is not enough. It's Scarcity.

The trick is allowing ourselves to stay Open and Receptive to what wants to move through us, what wants to come to us, without trying to PULL because we think we 'need more.'
