The most important thing, in my view,
is to remember that all you're doing
is offering what you have.

The 'guru' mentality — that we have to be "somewhere above" the people we're here to help, the people who hire us — is dying, rapidly (and thank goodness).

It's being quickly replaced by the Feminine Paradigm of business — which is just simply that we are here to offer what we have, who we are, and our Presence, to others who are just as Whole as we are, who are just as Powerful as we are, who are just as brilliant / beautiful / magical / etc. as we are.

Those who are ready for our particular Magic will come eagerly. Those who aren't, won't. It's truly that simple. And it's all that we need to hold onto.

So can you simply offer
what you have right now,
who you are right now,
and your Presence

— knowing that it will evolve over time, as will your offerings?
