One of the things that's keeping you in pain

One of the things that's keeping you in pain is your unconscious-driver that seeks Control.

Feel into that right now... The place where you're feeling stuck, heavy, unclear, frustrated, afraid or resistant... that thing you wish would just hurry up and 'work' the way you want it to... that thing you're judging, rejecting, or even 'protecting' yourself from...

What are you trying to Control there? What are you trying to MAKE happen? What are you trying to prevent yourself from feeling? Where are you buying into the illusion that you get to have Control in this situation — when, in reality, the only things we actually have Control of are inside of us.

Things like, how we show up to life, how we look at life, how Devoted we are to staying Open, even when we'd rather shut down, and what we decide things 'mean' about us, etc.

It's an illusion that we can
Control the things around us.

That we can MAKE what we want happen — not where Nature is involved, not where other people with Free Will are involved, not where there are Universal Energies involved, not where our Soul has something else in store for us. { i.e. most things we try to Control }

See if you can keep an eye on what impulses and Desires you have are actually driven by Control...

This doesn't mean giving up or settling — it simply means letting yourself be in the Dance, and move with the Energies of the Invisible Realms.

Because the more you try to Control,

the more controlled your Freedom becomes.
