More quiet. More silence.
More nature without our constant impact.

Deeper connections and Presence with loved ones we're home with. More conversations with loved ones we're not with.

Less traffic, less pollution, less distraction, less waste. More conservation, care, and thoughtfulness with our resources.

Less time in bars, in malls, in other places where we numb. Less time in cars, in offices, mass transit, under fluorescent lighting, and other places where we rush, stress and push ourselves.

More resourcefulness and Creativity — new things to do with our time, new ways to find joy, new ways to connect, new ways to care for and support one another, new ways to nourish ourselves.

We're even beginning to see more of those with an Abundance of wealth sharing and caring for those with less.

The more you let yourself find the Beauty in this phase of our journey
— even as you also experience the Fear and the anxiety —

the more we Expand and heal as a Collective.

Plus — it's actually good for your immune system.

Don't forget to breathe.
